Because we do not accept P.O.Boxes or facility addresses, opting out can be done only by email. Opting out means you do NOT want

vendors or companies.

Masked Muse Cosmetics llc collects data from customers who order/return cosmetics and their supplies. We retain this information in 

our database for a maximum of 5 years. The data that we collect is stored on encrypted servers for our clients/customers protection 

using SSL and TLS encryption. 

Dispute Resolution Process

Our dispute resolution process is as follows:

NEGOTIATION: With any discrepency, Masked Muse Cosmetics llc retains all rights. If we decide there is a dispute that we need to 

work with a client/customer to correct, our first option is to communicate with the client/customer via email.

MEDIATION/ARBITRATION is not needed as Masked Muse Cosmetics does this during the NEGOTIATION process. We reserve all 

rights but will resolve, to our best and the client/customers best resolution. Masked Muse Cosmetics does have final say in any 

disputes.

LITIGATION: Masked Muse Cosmetics llc retains all rights. The DISCLAIMER on our homepage should be read in its entirety. 

Masked Muse Cosmetics llc is not liable should any of our cosmetics or supplies hurt, damage or disfigure anyone. We clearly state 

that each client/customer should read the ingredients list for each item AND try it on a different part of the body (hand, wrist...etc 

before putting any makeup on their face) if they think they might have a reaction or be allergic to it. Should we not be able to 

NEGOTIATE to satisfaction, all client/customers should pay all legal fees if proceeding with litigation.

Business Transfer Clause: 

Users data will be protected as it was before under the previous privacy policy.

Social Commitment Policy

Masked Muse Cosmetics is not responsible for content posted by subscribers. Masked Muse Cosmetics reserves the right to remove 

any messages or postings that are irrelevant or inappropriate. Inappropriate comments include, but are not limited to, obscene, 

threatening, abusive or vulgar comments; comments unrelated to the topic of the forum; commercial promotions or spam; duplicative 

postings by the same person or entity; information posted in violation of the law and material that is not directly related to the 

discussion. Advertising posted on social media sites are a byproduct of using the site. Masked Muse Cosmetics does not endorse any 

advertising content on social media sites.
