1. Returns:

We allow returns for refund ONLY. We do not allow exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 7 days of the

 delivery date. This starts the day you receive our items. To initiate a return, please contact us via our email

2. Return Shipping:

Return Authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged will need to

 be shipped back to Masked Muse Cosmetics and will be paid for by the customer. 

3.Eligible Items:

The following items: Sale, Clearance, Close-Outs, Special Orders, Custom Made Products and Gift Cards are NOT eligible for

 return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange at managements discretion. If the item being

 returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. Regularly priced items are eligible if they meet the return

 requirements. If you choose the box "Send closest similar item if out of stock" we will do our best to ship you a similar item. It may

 vary slightly in size, color or type. If you wish to return the item it must be in unused, new, re-salable condition. You must pay the

 return shipping and there is a restocking fee of 20%.

4. Condition of Items:

Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in NEW, Unused, and in saleable condition with all original

 packing intact and tags attached.

5. Form of Payment:

Refunds if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the

 original form of payment is unavailable, an online store credit may be issued at our discretion. 

6.Restocking Fee:

Except for items that are returned/Exchanged for being damaged or defective, to cover the cost of inspecting, repacking , and

 restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 20% (or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less) will be assessed to

 ALL items on webiste that are eligible. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, as permitted by policy or law.
